Elkhart Grain 2008 Harvest Rates 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We will not be accepting any corn produced from Agrisure RW seed for harvest delivery. This is a Syngenta product for rootworm control sold under Golden Harvest, Garst, and NK brands. This corn contains the modified protein MIR 604. AGRISURE RW MIR 604 is not approved in any country outside the U.S.

New EU Approval.............. 

Yieldgaurd Rootworm (Mon863) has been approved for food and feed usage by the EU.    However, please note that the stacked variety containing the Yieldgaurd Rootworm (Mon863) and the Yieldgaurd Corn Borer (Mon 810) has only been approved for feed usage and therefore will not be accepted.

Elkhart Grain Company’s goal is to deliver superior services to our production customers and a superior product to our end user customers. We provide area grain producers with highly efficient and flexible grain handling and storage facilities as well as reliable and competitive markets for their production. We strive to add value for our customers through transportation efficiency and aggressively seeking new market opportunities in traditional markets as well as specialty grain markets. We are also increasing our efforts to offer professionally managed marketing assistance to our customers.

For our end user customers, we can provide both rail and truck delivery ranging in size from a single truck to a 75-car unit-train. In addition to commodity corn and soybeans, we provide food-grade white and yellow corn, waxy corn, and non-GMO corn and soybeans. We have eleven years of experience with contract production, special handling and identity preservation. Our success is totally dependent upon the success of our area producers and our ability to exceed the expectations of our customers.
